Is it allergy or intolerance?

Surveys shot that as many as one in every five people in the UK believe they have an unpleasent reaction to certain foods. Only a small porportion of them, however, are genuine allergic reactions - the rest are due to food intolerance.

In food intolerance, the body identifies the food as a foreign substance, which triggers the release of histamine from the mast cells. Food intolerance is an unpleaseant but more straight forward reaction to either a particular food or a food ingredient. Unlike an allergy, it does not tend to get worse with repeated exposure. Both can cause a wide range of distressing symptoms, however, but those involving allergies tend to be more immediate then those caused by intolerance. How it works

The frequency of the machine changes when it detects an advers response to an allergen. The procedure is non invasive, it works by means of skin contact on the meridian points at the end of each finger and toe.
